I want to know how you came up with your blog title. You have now been tagged to either write a post about this or if you'd rather, just leave a comment and tell me where you got the title for your blog. I actually wrote about mine in my very first post, Blog Title Evolution. I wanted a word that started with a K since my name begins with a K, so I found Klavier in a German dictionary. It simply means "piano". I thought that was the perfect word since I play the piano. The reason for choosing a German word is because my husband and I visited Germany in 2005 and we have a special place in our hearts for that country and some friends there. Also, my husband's father was German. And in case you've never scrolled down all the way to the bottom of my page, you can find a picture of my own "klavier" there!
Is there a reason you chose your blog's title?

You'll probably be disappointed in my answer but my title is purely randomness. I started the blog and wanted something as the title so that popped in my head. Plus when I was younger mom always did yell my full name. Thats when I knew I was in trouble.
I have no idea where I got Loop de Loops in La La Land.
I wish I did. I spend a lot of time in La La Land, though.
Kathy's Piano. Doesn't have the same ring. I wondered what a Klavier was. Thanks for sharing.
As you know my name is not really Warren Peace. I like to write annoymously to protect the guilty. I used to think the name would be a good Rock Star name. The other name I had was Rob Banks.
Peace of my Mind was just a play on my pseudonym. A weak attempt at being clever.
OK can I just say, when I first started visiting your blog Kathy, I clicked on the profiles of many of your commenters, and I have always wondered how Matt came up with his blog title.
I pictured his Mom reading his blog and yelling his full name at some of the stuff she read!
I would have wondered about your title, but I read your blog title post early on.
Me, I wanted something that would capture the magic and madness that is raising children. You know, they're beautiful and delicate, and when they're still and quiet , you could just sit and watch them all day, but when they're in flight it makes you dizzy just trying to keep up with them!
So my blog became Raising Butterflies.
The End
P.S. This is the longest comment I have ever written.
Matt, I'm not disappointed at all. That actually makes sense to me because your blog has a lot of randomness, which is what has kept me coming back to read it. My mom yelled my full name, too, when I was in trouble.
Kay, I really was wondering about yours. It's really a cute title!
Warren Peace, I think your title is very clever and you did a good job picking it out. Rob Banks....that's funny!
Nina, I love the name of your blog as it relates to your children. That was such a good idea.
Okay, I'm enjoying this. I hope I get some more!
I love the story behind my title... visit June 4th, 2007 on my blog... or will this work if I paste the link?

oops! I guess not! Thanks for wanting to know!
1)WIXY's Gone Bananas was a promotion done by WIXY/1260, one of the finest top 40 radio stations in the 60's and early 70's. 74WIXYgrad is a forum name I adopted for myself because at first I was commenting on radio message boards and I was agraduate of the WIXY School of Broadcast technique in 1974.
2)Seek Him First is from the sermon on the mount and the first title that popped into my head when I decided to write a blog totally about my faith.
Simple it is something I say a lot around here, Did you every think about.....
It drives my family crazy.
this my first blog :D i have no idea. So...i just name it my blog as my name :D
Hmmm...I don't remember anymore why. The reason was that it was so long ago. You see, the title of my blogspot blog is the same as my Friendster blog. I created that Friendster blog years back already and I don't remember why I chose that title ha ha ha ha...I just thought it sounds better than Amel's World he he he he...
Hi Kathy
I thought Klavier had something to do with coffee !!!
How interesting is that ?
Kathy, I've tagged you over on my blog!
That is really neat! I wondered what the Klavier was/meant. I HAVE seen the piano at the bottom.
I was thinking the ups and downs of life and thought of how somedays we have raindrops and others we have rainbows and we need both in life.
I guess, when I picked my blog name, it reflected my outlook on life. I live a very simple life. I don't ask for much and I don't want much.
That is why I picked "Living for the simple things in life".
I got mine from a chorus of a song by a band called 'Jesus Wept'. The full line goes, "In The End...Love Will Have The Final Word." It gives me chills and it is 100% true. My entire life is full of stories of God's love and I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for that Love.
By the way, my cousin used to live in Birmingham. His family helped with a ministry outreach and church plant there. I visited a couple of times. I remember going to the Birmingham Zoo and taunting the tiger. If you stared at him long enough and turned to walk away he would run at the glass and try to get you. My cousin worked there so it was kind of an insider thing.
POD was responsible or getting me into metal...as I'm sure they were for your son. You can blame them! :)
Flogging, But With a "B" -- I think ridiculous wordplay is fun, and that title made me laugh. That's pretty much my standard -- do I make myself laugh? If so, done. Wohoo!
I got mine because I realized I kept living in what will happen and forgetting the here and now and enjoying life right now...everyday...and how God changes us and we grow day by day..Monday through Sunday. :)
This has been interesting. Thanks for giving me your stories about your titles. There are still a few I haven't heard from, so if you haven't added yours yet, please do!
Kathy - My blog's name came from being a middle aged woman who tends to ramble on and on and on ... you get the picture. I knew what a klavier was but I thought it was spelled clavier. Maybe both are correct - any way - I really enjoy your blog and the way you share your heart and faith!
