My Daughter Said...

Last weekend my daughter came home for the Easter weekend. We went out to eat at one of our favorite Mexican restaurants Friday night and when we were sitting there eating, my daughter said that she hopes when she gets married that her husband treats her the way her daddy treats me. Even though she didn't realize it, she had just given my husband one of the greatest compliments he could ever get. What a testimony! And it is true -- he treats me so good. I told her not to settle for anything less.

Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her. Ephesians 5:25

About my 10,000 steps....
I've been getting over my goal almost every day for at least two weeks now. As far as the weight loss goes.........it ain't happenin' yet! But I'm gonna keep walking.

What an honor to know your daughter learned from you and hubby how to be treated.

If you are going over 10,000 step and not losing try uping steps to 15,000

Kathy - that is an awesome compliment to both of you - your husband for his commitment to honor you and to you for raising a daughter who is aware of those around her!

AWWWW...you're SO blessed, Kathy. I hope I can raise my kid(s) well later on...may the Good Lord help me with that!!!!

And CONGRATS on keeping up the 10,000 steps. Don't weigh yourself too often. Just keep on walking and weigh yourself after a few months. ;-D
